Corrections to the airline rules pages get looked at first.
We read everything that comes in and reply to anything that needs a reply. Three kinds of message are especially welcome:
- Corrections. If a figure on one of the airline rules pages does not match what the carrier publishes today, tell us. This is the feedback we act on fastest, because being wrong there costs somebody money at a gate.
- Gaps. If you looked for something on this site and it was not here, that is useful - it usually means a page we should write.
- Disagreements about a pick. A different view on why a product is or is not the right recommendation is genuinely welcome, particularly if you own the thing.
What we cannot help with: individual trip planning, booking problems, or anything that needs a conversation with your airline. For a baggage question about a specific flight, the carrier's own page is the authority - we link it on every guide for exactly that reason.
This site has no phone number and no walk-in address - it is a publisher, not a shop. Email is the way to reach us.
